I have just compeleted reading this book writeen by Anish about his experiences in his weight loss programme. he has just loss about 40kgs and 10 inches . He now wears a jeans of siza34 instead of 44...........................................
As we all sometiems in our life has gone trough this phase of fattyness and we always like to reduce weight so suddenlly we determine ourselves n start taking steps heavily against ourself. Those steps include a significant fall in our regular diet and heavy exersice for heavy hours. After feew week of this rutine we loss interest not b'coz we have not yet received any result but we feel tired everyday we loose our working capacity just cause of that we shift back to our normal rutine n gain the weight which we previously didn't had.
The book says don't go for such an eexetreme to reduce inches n weights. Start step by step redution in diet much not be greter that affects ur daily work. effectiveness of the food we take depends upon the happyness of our about the food. normallly we people take it in rush n dint know how much we ate n what we ate this results in fat building.
A survey was done in that regards in France that why people of france do not get fat result was that "The people in the france havea fixed schedule for their food they always have teir food with whole family or group of people with whom they work and they enjoy every bite of that thus they get enough happyness in the less amount of food "
Other part of books talk about the exersice part we think that we shold have exersice in the gym only thus we go for a good A/c Gym so in the morning our routine starts with a Heavy breakfast as we have to go to gym n have lost of hard work than we go gym n exersice after exersicing we have some snacks outside wher we order for diet coke as we r dieting i mean what an nonsence argument afet heaving that heavy breakfast wat one calary of diet coke gonaa hemper our health [ People soing this thing should note that they can loose 500calaies by just banging there head to the wall ]
Now coming back to the book writter says dont go for ne excersing schedule just go for walk in the mornong and evening twice a day and do your regular work rugularly but follow this schedule constantly.
All the time intension is what matters in the context of exersice intension is very important how intentionally and pasiionately u do is important
Do everything u want to do with happyness
Why i am writing this post over here is I always say TAKE YOUR OWN TIME the writer own self has taken 3 years to loose 40kgs n 10 inches without having any type of hard work
