“To attain success u should be prepared mentally for it” this line is quoted in the book “You can win” written by one of the most seller SHIV KHERA. The success formula given by the author provides the new and different point view to the reader.
If we think one is successful than it is important to note that is he got any sort of difficulties in achieving that success if yes what has been done by him to overcome that barrier.
There is a popular saying that
“successful people do not do anything exceptional but they do things exceptionally”
Positive approach towards life helps you to overcome failure in the life.
Writer says every successful person has a specific goal in their life. So because of that their routine does not become ordinary. A special example quoted over here is of the Gold Mine – workman over their doesn’t look at the stone n mud but is intention is to have gold out of it same in the case of the game of football if look at the game without the goalpost its useless . thus every one should have some specific goal in their life !!! if you can develop this type of attitude, than you can take steps towards the goal neither you will be busy doing unwanted I mean things which are not needed to be done i.e. you will be doing some unnecessary things.
Everyone has its own strengths & weaknesses focus on strengths and one should not give much importance to its weaknesses, importance given to your weakness will reduce your confidence. I think one can not achieve it in one day it’s a outcome of a long gone process you should give positive vibes to the mind. You success is based on the recovering speed of yours after tasting defeat due to some obstacle. if you consider any sports there is difference between playing for victory and having victory after play. That formula can also be applies in our life.
Rather than competing with others we should compete with our own self after every work we should check ourselves that what value edition we have done after doing that Value edition due to work leads us to the success. If someone says something against your work it should not affect your work or its speed ( People will say against you if you are successful ). Trees having good sweet fruits has to bear the pain of stones. this reminds me a dialogue from the movie “GURU”-“Agar log tumhari burai kar rahe hai toh samaj lo ke tarakki kar rahe ho.”
If you wanna be someone in the life you should be doing something be active in the every go of your life. Mere spectator can not have the thrill of the adventure during the journey of success. A beautiful example was given here that If you see a Duck in the lake its not making any movement above the water level but its legs are constantly moving below the water level thus due to that its can reach the destination wanted with out the knowledge of others. Its speaks that you should be active and alert to maintain and retain your graph of success.
By this I am not providing any kind of core formula to attain or get success in the life but just a small thought that I feel might change your attitude to have success.

21 Happy Tips
ONE. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
TWO. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
THREE. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.

My 10 Inch Journey
I have just compeleted reading this book writeen by Anish about his experiences in his weight loss programme. he has just loss about 40kgs and 10 inches . He now wears a jeans of siza34 instead of 44...........................................
As we all sometiems in our life has gone trough this phase of fattyness and we always like to reduce weight so suddenlly we determine ourselves n start taking steps heavily against ourself. Those steps include a significant fall in our regular diet and heavy exersice for heavy hours. After feew week of this rutine we loss interest not b'coz we have not yet received any result but we feel tired everyday we loose our working capacity just cause of that we shift back to our normal rutine n gain the weight which we previously didn't had.
The book says don't go for such an eexetreme to reduce inches n weights. Start step by step redution in diet much not be greter that affects ur daily work. effectiveness of the food we take depends upon the happyness of our about the food. normallly we people take it in rush n dint know how much we ate n what we ate this results in fat building.
A survey was done in that regards in France that why people of france do not get fat result was that "The people in the france havea fixed schedule for their food they always have teir food with whole family or group of people with whom they work and they enjoy every bite of that thus they get enough happyness in the less amount of food "
Other part of books talk about the exersice part we think that we shold have exersice in the gym only thus we go for a good A/c Gym so in the morning our routine starts with a Heavy breakfast as we have to go to gym n have lost of hard work than we go gym n exersice after exersicing we have some snacks outside wher we order for diet coke as we r dieting i mean what an nonsence argument afet heaving that heavy breakfast wat one calary of diet coke gonaa hemper our health [ People soing this thing should note that they can loose 500calaies by just banging there head to the wall ]
Now coming back to the book writter says dont go for ne excersing schedule just go for walk in the mornong and evening twice a day and do your regular work rugularly but follow this schedule constantly.
All the time intension is what matters in the context of exersice intension is very important how intentionally and pasiionately u do is important
